Slow to Anger

A lot of the time one of the main emotions we feel is anger. It’s difficult for us to understand why we are on a certain path. We try to blame God and we become very angry with Him. When you don’t understand how your life ended up the way it is, it’s easy to find someone to blame, and since God is our maker, we almost always find a way to point the finger at Him. James 1:19-20 says, “My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.” This verse clearly shows that God does not want us to be angry.
